Acute lymphoblastic leukemia B lineage is the more common type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and treatment for this type of leukemia. First of all, risk stratification should be performed according to various ancillary tests, which are clinically divided into low risk, intermediate risk and high risk groups, and then corresponding treatment should be performed according to the stratification. Commonly used regimens include VDLP regimen, high-dose methotrexate, high-dose cytarabine, 6-mercaptopurine, and other regimens of chemotherapy. Commonly used drugs include vincristine, cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, prednisone acetate, etc. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia line B is also treated with prophylaxis of CNS leukemia, most commonly by giving lumbar puncture with intrathecal injection. If CNS leukemia occurs, high-dose doses of methotrexate chemotherapy can be applied, while lumbar puncture with intrathecal injection is continued until cerebrospinal fluid examination is normal.
