Focal hyperplastic IgA nephropathy, also belongs to a type of IgA nephropathy. This condition depends on the 24-hour urine protein quantification and kidney function of the patient to determine the treatment plan. If the patient’s 24-hour urine protein quantification exceeds 1g and the blood creatinine does not reach 256μmol/L, the patient can consider using hormones or hormones combined with immunosuppressants (such as tacrolimus and other drugs) for treatment; if the patient has very little urine protein, which is less than 1g, such patients can use prilosec or sartan antihypertensive drugs; if the patient’s blood creatinine has exceeded 256μmol/ L, indicating that the patient has reached the stage of severe chronic renal failure, such patients are treated with measures such as blood pressure control and anemia correction as conservative treatment.
