To check ovarian function, we need to do vaginal smear, vaginal cytology, cervical mucus crystallization, basal body temperature, endometrial pathology, sex hormone 6 and anti-Mullerian hormone test, ovarian size measurement and follicular ovulation monitoring under ultrasound. Vaginal cytology is to determine the level of estrogen by scraping superficial vaginal cells on the lateral wall of the vagina to determine the function of the ovaries. Cervical mucus examination is to look at the changes in crystalline cervical mucus and the state of mucus pulling to understand the function of the ovaries. The basal body temperature drops before ovulation and rises after ovulation and continues until the next menstrual period. The changes in basal body temperature are used to determine ovarian function and whether ovulation is normal.
