The flow of clear water-like discharge from below is considered a physiological phenomenon if there is no vulvar itching and no abnormal odor. In women near ovulation, when the estrogen level is relatively high, the secretion of cervical mucus increases under the influence of high estrogen, and sometimes a small amount of clear water-like fluid can be seen flowing from the vagina. If there is clear water-like fluid flowing from the vagina with an abnormal odor, fishy odor or ammonia odor or sour odor, it is considered to be caused by vaginal inflammation. If there is clear water discharge from below with vulvar itching, it is also considered to be vaginal inflammation. It is recommended to have a routine white belt examination to clarify which kind of vaginitis it is based on the results of the routine white belt examination, which is treated differently for different vaginitis.
