How to manage intracervical cysts

The treatment of cervical sodium cysts requires individualized treatment according to the number, volume and clinical symptoms of cervical sodium cysts: 1. If cervical sodium cysts exist alone, single and less than 1.0 cm in volume, they can be treated without treatment if they do not have clinical symptoms such as increased leucorrhea, itching and odor, and attention should be paid to regular review. 2. If there are more cervical polyps and various pathogenic microbial infections, which cause obvious cervical bleeding, increased leucorrhea and odor, appropriate treatment is needed. If cervical cysts are not treated with medication alone, local electrocautery, freezing, laser, etc. are usually considered, and if they are combined with HPV infection and abnormal lesions on cervical cytology, surgery is considered.
