What should I do about linear scarring on my hands and feet that interferes with hand and foot movement?

Disease: Linear scarring, scar contracture Symptoms (impact on life): After trauma to the hand, many scars are left behind, and some of the scars passing through the joint area usually affect the hand flexion and extension functions. That is, scar contracture causes hand dysfunction. Solution: The treatment of linear scar is currently mainly scar release + Z-formation, and some patients with severe contracture also need skin grafting surgery. The treatment of keloids is quite complex. Only the treatment of linear scars passing through the joint is briefly described here. The treatment of other scars will be covered in a later article. The top left image shows a traumatic hand wound, the top right image shows a healed wound with a formed scar, the bottom left image shows a zigzag design, and the bottom right image shows the result of flap formation after scar release.
