Clinical manifestations of prostatic hyperplasia

The clinical manifestations of prostatic hyperplasia are mainly two parts: urinary tract irritation symptoms and urinary tract obstruction symptoms. Urinary tract irritation symptoms: including urinary frequency, urinary urgency, the most prominent is the increase in the number of night urination, especially in the cold winter, the increase in the number of night urination performance is more obvious. Frequent nocturnal rise will obviously affect the rest of the elderly, and some patients even get up once in less than an hour. The urge to urinate often makes some elderly people have the urge to urinate, before they can walk to the toilet and pee on their pants. Prostate enlargement is prone to bladder stones, urinary tract infections and other diseases. Patients with prostate enlargement will have residual urine in their bladder because of poor urination. This means that the urine is not completely excreted in one urination and some urine remains in the bladder. The presence of residual urine reduces the effective capacity of the bladder, and the urine that remains in the bladder tends to deposit stones and induce infections, and bladder stones can worsen the symptoms of infections, which in turn can increase bladder stones. The second group of symptoms of prostate enlargement is mainly manifested as urinary tract obstruction symptoms: the main manifestations are: difficulty in urination, effort to urinate, prolonged, intermittent urination, the distance of urination has also become shorter, the urine stream has also become thinner, the end of urine dripping is not complete, and even the occurrence of urinary retention. It is a true reflection of prostate enlargement patients that someone said: “When you get old, you wet your shoes. The actual fact is that you can find a lot of people who are not able to get a good deal on a lot of things.
