What antibiotics are usually used for patients with kidney disease

Patients with nephropathy requiring anti-inflammatory treatment prefer pioneer antibiotics, also known as cephalosporins, and semi-synthetic penicillins, such as piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium, and other similar drugs. In severe cases, carbapenems, such as meropenem or Tylenol antibiotics, may be used. In case of allergy to penicillins and pioneers, amineptine can be used for anti-inflammatory treatment. The antibiotics to be avoided are generally quinolones, such as ciprofloxacin and ofloxacin, which should be used sparingly. If a person with kidney disease is in great need of quinolones for anti-inflammatory treatment, moxifloxacin can be chosen for anti-inflammatory treatment, because moxifloxacin is less damaging to the kidneys compared to other quinolones. Also try to avoid aminoglycoside anti-inflammatory drugs, such as gentamicin and streptomycin, as well as metronidazole and ornidazole, which some people may have transient kidney damage, so try to avoid them when they are not necessary.
