What’s with the back pain?

Back pain may be related to myofasciitis, cervical spondylosis, myocardial ischemia and so on. 1. Myofasciitis: myofasciitis is a sterile inflammatory disease that can produce pain, soft tissue swelling, mainly caused by cold, exhaustion, trauma, excessive activity or long-term poor posture, localized and obvious pain points, try to sit upright and straight when sitting, to ensure good posture. 2. Cervical spondylosis: due to cervical vertebral osteophytes, ligament hypertrophy, disc protrusion and other lesions, causing compression of the spinal cord nerves, cervical back pain and limb numbness, soreness, decreased muscle strength. It may also cause the normal physiological curvature of the cervical spine to straighten or reverse curvature, aggravating the pull on the muscles of the back of the neck, further aggravating back pain. 3. Myocardial ischemia: If there is insufficient blood supply to the myocardium, it may affect the back, resulting in back pain. In case of back pain, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time to find out the cause and take regular treatment to avoid delaying the condition.
