What is the protocol for 8 chemotherapy sessions for breast cancer

The 8 chemotherapy sessions for breast cancer should be followed by 4 sessions of AC and 4 sessions of T. The AC regimen refers to adriamycin chemotherapy drugs plus cyclophosphamide, which includes adriamycin, epirubicin, pirenzosine, etc. The 4 sessions of AC chemotherapy regimen are followed by 4 sessions of T regimen, which refers to paclitaxel or docetaxel, which is a common chemotherapy regimen after breast cancer surgery. Since both adriamycin and paclitaxel have certain cardiotoxicity, sometimes AC and T regimens need to be used separately, which can reduce the damage of chemotherapy drugs on the heart, but the efficacy is the same as using them at the same time, and they are similar in reducing the chance of recurrence and metastasis in the future.
