The care of advanced lung cancer patients can be carried out from the following aspects: 1. systemic care: giving nutritional support treatment, i.e. the consumption is large in the advanced stage of tumor, and the patient presents a hyperemic physique. At this time, we need to pay attention to the nutrition of the whole body, strengthen protein intake, ensure sufficient vitamin intake and achieve balanced nutrition; 2. Care according to different organ damage caused by tumor, for example, paraplegic patients with bone metastasis of lung cancer should be turned over frequently to avoid the formation of decubitus ulcers and massage the lower limbs to prevent the formation of blood clots. If tumor causes severe cough, which affects patients’ rest and sleep, cough suppressant treatment should be strengthened, i.e. strong cough suppressants should be used to reduce cough symptoms to the lowest degree in order to improve patients’ quality of life. If patients have severe pain, apply analgesic drugs to relieve pain. The ultimate goal of nursing is to reduce the pain of patients with advanced tumor and spend the last period of life more comfortably.
