About stool problems

A person’s digestive process takes about 12 hours, therefore, a person should have a bowel movement once a day. If you do not have a bowel movement for a long time, it means that your intestines and stomach are not moving properly, and you should generally increase the movement, especially the abdominal massage movement (constipated people are recommended to do a clockwise abdominal massage around the navel, and if you are constipated, you should do a counterclockwise massage). Normal adult stool frequency is generally 1-2 times a day, normal stool into a strip, columnar. More than 3 times a day and thin stools for diarrhea, more than 3 days for constipation. Suggestion: go to the stool once a day regularly (even if you do not feel), and develop the habit of regular bowel movements. The diet should be balanced, and fruits, vegetables and meat should be reasonably matched.
