But often rain and skin color darker patients, often not significant performance. Without timely treatment, the whole body is covered with scratches, crusts, black spots, and even causes pustules. The itchiness is worse in the heat and at night, often affecting sleep. Differential diagnosis: The disease needs to be differentiated from eczema and pruritus. Treatment: 1. Oral anti-allergic antipruritic drugs, such as levocetirizine hydrochloride, epalrestine, loratadine, 1 capsule / time, once a day, taken orally at bedtime; if secondary infection can be oral antibiotics such as cephalosporins, erythromycin. 2, local topical 5% ~ 20% sulfur ointment, young children with thin skin generally use 5% sulfur ointment, adults generally use 10% sulfur ointment, the disease for a long time can choose 15% ~ 20% sulfur ointment, but the concentration is not too high, so as not to cause dermatitis. The method of applying medicine: before the external use of drugs small area trial, such as no allergic reaction and irritation symptoms, and then a large area to use, generally the neck down the whole body to apply, and even with 3 days, the fourth day bath, change the bed sheets and covers, underwear underwear, and then wash with boiling water, without wiping medicine, the fifth day to wipe again, generally 2 ~ 3 courses of treatment can be cured. The scabies nodules produced at the topical application of hormone creams such as paregoric pine, skin easy, etc., 2 times a day, topical application, helps the nodules to subside. Precautions: Boiling and disinfection of clothing, etc. or full exposure to sunlight in order to kill scabies and eggs; should be separated from the patient, family and group dormitory patients should be treated at the same time to avoid cross-contamination.
