There is no nemesis for nerve deafness. When neurologic deafness, the condition can be relieved by medication and surgery. 1. Medication: Acute attacks of neurological deafness can be treated with glucocorticosteroids such as prednisone and dexamethasone and neurotrophic drugs such as methylcobalamin and ghrelin under the guidance of a doctor to improve the symptoms of deafness. 2. Surgery: For patients with severe or profound deafness in both ears, surgery can be performed through cochlear implantation and brainstem implantation of auditory electrodes to improve the symptoms of neurological deafness and restore part of the hearing function appropriately. It is recommended that patients strictly follow the doctor’s instructions for medication, actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment, ensure a healthy diet, balanced nutrition, regular work and rest, stay away from noisy environments, and do not dig the ears casually.
