How to prevent kidney stones?

  Kidney stones can be divided into calcium oxalate stones, uric acid stones, phosphate stones, cystine stones, etc. The dietary contraindications for various stones are also different.  Avoid eating greasy, spicy, stimulating foods and hairy products, such as meat, animal offal, chili, leek, rooster, black tea, wine, coffee, cilantro, parsley, yellowtail, scallop, asparagus, pumpkin and fried and smoked foods.
