Causes of repeated recurrence of stones

  1. Stone incidence: 1% to 5%, with an increasing trend of incidence.  2, stone recurrence rate: 10 years recurrence rate up to 50%, the second 10 years recurrence rate even up to 100%. Urinary stones include kidney stones, ureteral stones, bladder stones and urethral stones, also called urinary stones, urolithiasis, etc. The causes of long stones are complex, and some stone causes can be found through blood and urine tests, so if stones recur repeatedly, you may want to take a look.  The causes of stones include roughly three aspects: 1, systemic metabolic factors including hypercalciuria, hyperoxaluria, hyperuricuria, hypocitraturia, cystinuria, xanthinuria, dihydroxyadenineuria, drug stones, etc.  2, local factors in the urinary tract, including urinary retention such as hydronephrosis and chronic urinary retention, urinary tract infections, urinary tract foreign bodies, etc.  3, other factors such as gender and age, mostly seen in male young adults; nutritional factors, the better you eat, the more likely to grow stones; geographic environment, the south of China is a high incidence areas, such as the two lakes, two wide cloud, Guizhou and Sichuan; and genetics, race, occupation and other factors.
