Negative pressure drainage balls are placed under the flap during surgery for mixed parotid tumors, and the patient’s condition is observed after surgery. If the drainage volume exceeds 100g or 200g within 4 hours after surgery, there may be active bleeding, and timely treatment is required. If the postoperative drainage does not exceed 50g or 70g in 24 hours, observation is sufficient; remove the negative pressure drainage when it is less than 20-30ml in 24h. 2.
