The main sites of male acromegaly are in the genital and perianal areas where the skin is moist. They are most often found on the inner foreskin, prepuce, coronal sulcus, glans surface, urethra, penile body, or around the anus. It can usually occur outside the perianal area, or in the scrotal area, armpits, umbilicus, mouth, breasts, or occasionally between the toes. Condyloma acuminatum is a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and is mainly manifested as proliferative damage to the anogenital area. Most of them occur in young and middle-aged people between 18 and 50 years old. The disease develops after an incubation period of about half a month to 8 months, with an average of 3 months. The disease is more common and is mainly transmitted through sexual contact.
