The main manifestation of congenital hypospadias is that the opening of the urethra is not directly in front of the glans. Congenital hypospadias has four main manifestations: i. The opening of the urethra is abnormal and not directly in front of the glans. Second, the penis is flexed to the ventral side, which is a congenital deformity. III. Normal dorsal foreskin of the penis and lack of ventral foreskin. IV. Abnormal development of the urethral spongiosa of the penis, extending from the penile tether to the urethral opening, is a thick fibrous band, not a normal urethra. There are four types of hypospadias: penile head type, penile type, perineal type and scrotal type. Hypospadias affects the child’s ability to stand and urinate and prevent normal sexual function and behavior as an adult, so early reconstructive surgery is recommended.
