1. Drink more water to avoid urinary tract infection. 2. Keep the local area neat and dry after urination. The children should carefully clean up the local urine residue after each urination to keep the local clean.
3. Avoid strenuous activities in the short term and wear cotton soft underwear to avoid friction. The skin tissue on the ventral side of the “penis” is relatively thin, and the artificially formed urethra is even more fragile. Local friction during strenuous activity will stimulate the local new urethral tissue, and in severe cases will also increase the degree of urinary fistula.
