Consequences of hepatitis B vaccination for hepatitis B carriers

There are individual differences in the consequences of hepatitis B vaccination for hepatitis B carriers, and some patients may improve after vaccination and improve the cellular immune function of the body. However, there are also some patients who have no obvious effect and may even cause immune dysfunction in the body and cause other adverse reactions of hepatitis B vaccine: i. Improvement of disease: High doses of hepatitis B vaccine may be helpful in improving the cellular immune function of hepatitis B carriers. Hepatitis B vaccination can rebuild the T-lymphocyte immunity in the patient’s body, which can break the body’s immune tolerance to hepatitis B virus (HBV) to a certain extent. II. Adverse reactions: 1. Lyophilized static injection of hepatitis B human immunoglobulin: chills, headache, fever, vomiting, allergic reaction, nausea, arthralgia, hypotension and moderate back pain, even leading to anaphylaxis; 2. Hepatitis B human immunoglobulin: there may be slight redness, swelling, pain and other symptoms, but most of them can recover on their own; 3. Recombinant hepatitis B vaccine: within 24 hours after vaccination, patients may have pain and other normal phenomena at the injection site, and most of them can disappear on their own within 2-3 days. Within 72 hours after vaccination, there may also be a transient febrile reaction, which usually lasts about 1-2 days and can gradually return to normal body temperature.
