Face the disease head on and accept it with your heart and soul

1, the disease begins with the emotional body Disease and health, this is a problem that everyone will encounter sooner or later. First I would like to talk about what disease really is. All diseases have their origin in the mental plane. I will explain this by distinguishing between your different bodies: in addition to the physical body, which is visible to everyone, you also have an emotional body, a mental body, and a spiritual body. Disease generally begins in the emotional body, and it manifests itself in the material body by having certain blockages. It is usually some belief in the mental body that causes the emotional blockage that will eventually manifest as disease. I’m talking here about beliefs or habits of mind that are deeply ingrained and they are generally those that concern yourself with right and wrong. 2. Judgment blocks the flow of energy and creates stagnation Judgment can really create stagnation in your emotional energy system. Where stagnation occurs is where emotional energy cannot flow freely, and you have more than enough opportunity to transform yourself into an emotionally balanced state before it manifests as illness. Generally, your emotions will tell you that your energy is not flowing, and once you notice that information and honor it, those stagnations release. For example, every time you feel irritated and angry when you have to do something, if you go into careful physical awareness of that emotion, then you’ll realize that it’s telling you that you’re forcing yourself to do things that don’t really express who you are and who you want to be. However, if you always ignore your anger and force yourself to do things that make you unhappy, then this emotion will go underground. It will hide itself from the conscious mind and express itself in the physical body. The repressed emotion is energy that wishes to get your attention. Once it begins to express itself in the physical body, illness appears. 3. Diseases signal where you need to heal Generally speaking, every disease points to an internal emotional problem that has been ignored for a long time. And the physical symptoms enable the emotional issue to be visible to you on another level, which actually helps you get in touch with the stagnation. In this sense, symptoms of illness or pain are the language of the soul, which longs to be able to communicate fully within itself. The soul is happy when energy flows freely and constantly renews itself. Stagnation, on the other hand, prevents the free flow of energy – and that makes the soul feel frustrated. Thus, illness serves as a reminder: it points out to you those areas that need to be healed. Although illness may seem negative – you are plagued with symptoms and pain – we should see illness as a message or indication. This makes it easier to work with the illness rather than resist it. 4. The body is intelligent The soul communicates with you in many ways, and its favorite way to speak to you is through intuition: including subtle emotions, premonitions, and psychic whispers, to name a few. If this doesn’t work, you are warned by your emotions. Emotions speak loudly, and they tell you in no uncertain terms that you must look inside yourself and find what is provoking the emotional response. Anytime you are seriously disturbed by an emotion, you have to find out why and what it means. If you calm down and listen carefully, your soul will tell you the answer. If you resist, or deny your emotions, the soul will speak to you through the body. The body is intelligent, and not only does it respond with heightened sensitivity to the substances it absorbs (such as food and water), it also responds with equal sensitivity to your emotions, feelings, and thoughts. The body is meant to be a communication tool between us and our soul. It is not just a shell for us to live in, but it also has a clever set of operating mechanisms that help the soul express and understand its own problems. 5. Understanding the Spiritual Meaning of Illness is a Journey of Inner Exploration How can you understand the language of the soul when it expresses itself in the form of illness? When illness manifests, you may not realize what message it is sending you. In fact because you have been in denial of your emotions for so long, it really isn’t obvious what the illness is trying to tell you. Understanding the spiritual meaning of the illness is a process, a quest, an inner journey by which you can gradually restore communication with your soul. In order to embark on this journey of discovery, you must first come to terms with your illness. Often your initial reaction to illness is one of denial and resistance. Because illness scares you, you want it to go away as quickly as possible. You fear debilitation, defects, and ultimately death. Once the body is debilitated or diseased, panic clings to you, which prevents you from seeing the disease in a broader perspective. You can see it as another light, as a sign of change, or as an invitation to retrieve a lost precious gift. The real problem is not the disease itself, but the inner stagnation it reveals. When you face the disease head on, accept it with your heart and soul, and are willing to listen to the voice of your soul, you have already eliminated some of the stagnation, even though you don’t yet know precisely what the disease is trying to tell you. Through your willingness, patience and determination to embark on this inner journey, a part of the communication has been re-established. It is by no means a coincidence that illness has come into your life at this moment you, however, accepting and embracing it will not be easy for you. You may find yourself reacting to it with rejection, anger or despair, so you can’t hear what the illness is trying to tell you. But usually, the way the disease manifests itself in your body is a big clue. Those limitations on your body are like a beam of light illuminating what would otherwise be a dark place. Are you gentle and forgiving enough with yourself? Can you truly take care of what your body and mind need? Illness usually brings up these issues, and facing and accepting the emotions that these issues raise is part of the healing process. To truly begin healing, you must accept the pain, discomfort, anxiety, anger and lack of security wholeheartedly. You must look at it, be kind to it, and extend your hands to it. It has come to seek your healing. Illness is not something that has to be gotten rid of as soon as possible, and it is no accident that it has come into your life at this very moment. If you ignore the language of the body and keep resisting illness, you will have a hard time understanding the spiritual nature and meaning of illness. Because there is so much anger and fear surrounding it. It is only when you are able to face your illness, your pain and discomfort, your fears and aversions, that you truly reach inner freedom. Embrace them, and then peacefully ask: What are you trying to tell me? 6, you are the creator of your own body In life, there are all kinds of rules and standards for living a long and healthy life, however, these formatting concepts have nothing to do with the path of the soul. The path of the soul is very personal. Therefore, in order to find out the truth of what is happening to your body when it suffers from illness or pain, you need to tune into yourself in a very personal way, throw out all the generalized standards and rules, and seek your own truth deep within. This is a huge challenge for you. Because you are gripped by the fear and panic of the disease, you rush to an outside authority for advice and comfort. He may be a doctor or a non-traditional healing specialist; basically it makes no difference. What matters is that you abdicate your responsibility out of fear and tend to delegate it to someone else. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with listening to expert advice, and it’s usually wise to do so. But you need to take this knowledge inside, weigh it against your own heart, and experience whether the advice resonates with you. Only you are the creator of your own life and the master of your body. Only you know what is best for your body. Fundamentally you are the creator of your own body. 7. Talking to your body will make you happy Illnesses represent blocked emotions, some of which are beyond your conscious awareness. Therefore, it is not always easy to understand what an illness or symptom indicates. It takes going deep inside and looking at yourself thoroughly to gradually understand what it is trying to tell you. Restoring a close relationship with your body takes practice. It doesn’t come automatically, so don’t give up so easily either. When you complain endlessly, try to revisit those complaints. Relax for a moment, then sweep your mind with peaceful thoughts over the diseased area of your body, asking for the illness to appear as a living being so that you can talk to it. Ask it to manifest as an animal, child, or person, or ask it to manifest as a guide – in whatever form. Use your imagination! Imagination is a precious tool for discovering the deepest vibrations in the soul. If you do, you will feel joy when the body answers you with an image or a feeling, and you will be blessed with that lost intimacy. The body spoke to you, it resumed its role as communicator! This is truly a breakthrough. Once you know that you can know your body from the inside and that only you can do so, you will be more confident. Confidence, in turn, makes it easier for you to understand the language of illness. It will also enable you to receive inner answers without pushing them away because they don’t fit into society’s prevailing notions. Being intimate with your body in any situation is invaluable, especially in times of illness or distress. The way to let the body speak is to love. The key is to gradually understand the meaning of the illness; only by understanding it will it transform and the emotional blockage can be removed. This is the mechanism by which the healing process operates: instead of fighting the illness in such-and-such a way, accept it as a friend – it wants to point you in the right direction. It’s not easy to understand this because of the panic and distress that the disease causes you. But accepting and understanding the disease is the true path to healing; the disease wants to take you home.
