Early symptoms of leukemia can present with a sudden high fever, similar to a cold, or nosebleeds. Chronic leukemia generally progresses more slowly, and patients may have a pale complexion, in addition to excessive menstrual flow or bleeding that is difficult to stop after tooth extraction. In acute leukemia, most patients have moderate to severe anemia at the time of consultation, accompanied by fever and infection. Half of the patients have fever as an early manifestation, which can be low or high, with a high fever of 39-40°C or more, and secondary infection can occur. 40% of patients can have a tendency to bleed in the early stages, with nosebleeds, bleeding gums and petechiae on the skin.
