How to recover a misaligned bone

When a bone is misaligned, it is a fracture. There are generally two ways to reset a fracture: one is conservative treatment, which is also known as manual repositioning. Manual repositioning is usually done for long tuberosities or clavicles of the extremities. If the manual repositioning fails, surgical repositioning is required. Repeated manipulation will result in significant swelling of the local tissues and increase the likelihood of nerve damage. The treatment effect of fracture surgery will be more direct, however, the relative damage is relatively large, but the reset is more exact. In addition, if the fracture is comminuted, there is no way to reposition the fracture by manipulation, and surgery is still taken to treat it by incision and internal fixation, that is, surgery.
