Retinoblastoma may cause leg pain. Leg pain in patients with retinoblastoma is most often due to metastasis of the retinoblastoma, which invades the bones or nerves, resulting in leg pain. However, not all leg pain in all patients is due to metastasis of retinoblastoma, but may also be due to other reasons such as trauma and muscle strain. Therefore, if patients with retinoblastoma experience leg pain and other uncomfortable symptoms, they should consult a doctor in time to find out whether metastasis has occurred, and then follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment after finding out the cause.
