What are the indications for non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma?

  Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL): young patients with indications for auto-HSCT when: 1. Purine analogs are ineffective or relapse within 12 months of achieving efficacy.  2. Relapse within 24 months after achieving efficacy with purine analogue-based combination regimens or auto-HSCT.  3.With high-risk cell karyotype or molecular features, at the time of obtaining efficacy or relapse.  4. Occurrence of Richter transformation.  Other: follicular lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), condyloma, lymphoblastic lymphoma and Burkitt’s lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, NK/T-cell lymphoma with allo-HSCT indication in patients with relapse, refractory or ≥CR2. Patients with adult condylomatous lymphoma, lymphoblastic lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma, and NK/T-cell lymphoma may also be considered for allo-HSCT in stage CR1 patients when a matched donor is present.
