Low blood sugar what to eat to make up for the fastest

Hypoglycemia is mainly due to a series of symptoms caused by the drop of blood sugar, so when the symptoms of hypoglycemia appear, if you want to correct it as soon as possible, you should supplement glucose. In the hospital, we usually use oral glucose block, glucose injection orally or intravenously, and the dose and the method of use are usually determined according to the degree of hypoglycemia and symptoms. If the symptoms are mild and the blood glucose drops mildly, we can take 15 grams of oral glucose block and 1 to 2 50% glucose injection orally, if there is coma or the blood glucose drops more then we will take 1 to 2 50% glucose injection by intravenous push followed by 5%-10% glucose injection by sedation. If there is no 50% glucose injection at home, sugar water or honey can be used to correct the symptoms of hypoglycemia. If the symptoms are mild or the drop of blood sugar is not large, candy, cookies, bread or sugary drinks can be eaten, but if the symptoms of hypoglycemia are coma, candy, cookies, bread and other foods should not be fed to avoid choking. However, no matter which method of raising blood sugar, the rise of blood sugar and the relief of hypoglycemic symptoms need a process, so it is essential to monitor blood sugar and avoid raising blood sugar to too high a level.
