The best time to take bird’s nest during the month

There is no strict best time to consume bird’s nest during menstruation. Under normal circumstances, if a woman has a normal delivery, she can consume bird’s nest in moderation when she is able to eat. In case of cesarean section, it is recommended to consume bird’s nest after exhaustion. Bird’s nest is rich in sialic acid, which is effective in nourishing the middle of the body, moistening the lungs and relieving cough, repairing damaged skin, promoting maternal sleep, strengthening the immunity of the body, replenishing rich collagen, and increasing skin elasticity. However, it should be noted that the overall nutritional value of bird’s nest is not as high as it should be. When consumed in moderation, it should be combined with the intake of other nutrients, such as fresh vegetables and fruits, and appropriate physical exercise, which can help promote postpartum recovery. In addition, if a woman has a fever during the menstrual period, she should stop eating bird’s nest. If the fever persists, she should go to the hospital in time to improve the relevant examination to clarify the specific cause of the disease and then carry out the corresponding treatment.
