Yu Jin has the efficacy of activating blood circulation, relieving pain, clearing the heart and cooling the blood, and is suitable for the treatment of distension and pain of the ribs and wounds, chest paralysis (stuffy pain in the chest), dysmenorrhea, and breast distension and pain.
Yu Jin is cold in nature, bitter and pungent in taste, and belongs to the liver, lung and heart meridians. It has the effects of activating blood circulation to relieve pain, clearing the heart and cooling the blood, promoting circulation of qi and relieving depression, and inducing diuresis to relieve jaundice (dredging the biliary tract of evil qi and eliminating jaundice). It is often used in the treatment of coercive and rib distension and pain, chest paralysis and heart pain, breast distension and pain, dysmenorrhea and menstrual closure, fever and delirium, epilepsy and frenzy, blood-heat hemorrhage, and damp-heat jaundice.
Yu Jin should not be taken with cloves and mother cloves, and the adverse effects of taking this product are not clear. If you need to use Yu Jin to cure diseases, it is recommended to use it under the guidance of a physician, do not blindly self-medicate to avoid the risk of medication.
