Pre-stomach cancer symptoms

There are no obvious symptoms in the early stages of gastric cancer, and some patients do not have specific stomach symptoms, so you can’t tell if you have gastric cancer based on your physical symptoms.

Patients with gastric cancer may have some non-classical symptoms in the early stage, such as discomfort in the stomach or upper abdomen, localized pain, and some patients may have some symptoms such as weight loss, weakness, and anemia, but these symptoms cannot be used to determine whether a patient has gastric cancer.

Some of the symptoms of gastric cancer are not clear.

Some patients with gastric cancer may experience upper abdominal discomfort in early stages, including acid reflux, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, and vague pain in the upper abdomen, which is irregular and not related to hunger, fasting, or overeating.

Early stages of gastric cancer can be treated by gastrectomy, which is the only possible cure for gastric cancer, and patients are advised to have early treatment if they are diagnosed with gastric cancer.
