Physiological changes of the breast in adulthood and health care points

  During menstruation: Breast changes: 7-10 days before menstruation, the breasts start to increase in size due to the influence of estrogen in the body, until the hormone level decreases with the onset of menstruation, the breasts gradually recover and return to normal 7 – 8 days after menstruation.
Health care points: During the week before menstruation, stay away from spicy stimuli and try to eat light and high-fiber foods to avoid overactive hormones that may aggravate breast swelling and pain during menstruation.  Non-menstrual period: 1. Regular life and rest.  2. Maintain endocrine balance, such as controlling tension and anxiety, trying to maintain a good mood, and reducing stress.  3. Avoid unnecessary breast “health care”.
