Is the fetus born with high bile acid healthy?

High bile acids in pregnant women is one of the more specific conditions of pregnancy, often just to the fetus. If high bile acids form cholestasis, it may have some effect on the fetus during pregnancy. If the elevated bile acid is not too pronounced and does not form cholestasis, it may be relatively safe. If cholestasis develops during pregnancy, it may affect the development of the fetus or its vital signs, such as prematurity, hypoxia or respiratory distress. If the elevation of bile acid is only minimal, it will not affect the fetus too much. After birth, the total bile acid of the mother may return to normal, and if the fetus is delivered successfully, there will be no significant impact on the future.
