How to treat brain metastasis from lung adenocarcinoma or squamous lung cancer

The main treatment for brain metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer is radiotherapy, which is determined by the control of extracranial lesions and the size and scope of intracranial lesions. If there are more than 3 lesions, the main treatment should be whole brain radiotherapy, and depending on the situation, we can decide whether to add stereotactic radiotherapy later. Chemotherapy alone is generally not effective.
