How many days of chemotherapy for large cell lung cancer at a time

Chemotherapy for patients with large cell lung cancer usually lasts for 21 days, and a few patients with poor physical condition may need 28 days for chemotherapy. Lung large cell carcinoma belongs to a kind of non-small cell lung cancer, and according to the different purposes of chemotherapy for patients, the clinic mainly divides it into three types of chemotherapy, such as preoperative neoadjuvant, postoperative adjuvant and late-stage palliative, and the commonly used medicines include paclitaxel, gemcitabine, cisplatin, carboplatin and so on.
