As a very common malignant tumor of the urinary system, kidney cancer has a high cure rate in the early stage. However, if lung metastases have appeared, it is possible that only unilateral nephrectomy can be done, and there is no way to do surgery for lung metastases, so patients’ life expectancy may not be too long, most of them are within 3-5 years, and some of them have relatively good treatment effect, and some of them are more than 3-5 years, but they are rare. For kidney cancer with lung metastasis, biological immunotherapy, such as interferon or interleukin-2, is needed for kidney cancer lesions. In addition, the targeted drugs sorafenib or sunitinib can be taken orally. Local interventional therapy, cryotherapy, radiotherapy and other local treatments can be done to treat lung metastases with the purpose of controlling the disease development and prolonging the survival.
