What causes hypogastric prolapse?

Although we are not strangers to hypogastric prolapse, we still have doubts and wonder why the stomach, which is originally located in the upper left side of the abdominal cavity, has shifted and formed hypogastric prolapse. Today we are going to clear our doubts. Gastric prolapse is a functional disease that is caused by inadequate suspension of the diaphragm, ligamentous laxity in supporting the visceral organs, or reduced intra-abdominal pressure and relaxation of the abdominal muscles, leading to the arrival of the greater curvature of the stomach in the pelvis when standing and the lowest point of the arc of the lesser curvature of the stomach dropping below the iliac crest line. Its symptoms are manifested as abdominal distension and epigastric discomfort, anorexia, belching, constipation, abdominal pain, etc., which can be seen as its damage to the human body. In order to prevent the appearance of hypogastric prolapse, it is necessary to first understand the causes of hypogastric prolapse. The causes of gastric prolapse are usually: 1, bad habits of life and diet, some people like to overeat, and many people immediately after eating exercise, which is a common cause of gastric prolapse. 2, physical lesions, especially some chronic wasting diseases, due to excessive wasting, coupled with bed-ridden less mobile, can make people in an extremely weak state, abdominal muscle tension decline, ligament relaxation and occur gastric prolapse. 3, women with many children, because of too many children, the abdominal wall relaxation, abdominal muscle tension is reduced prone to gastric prolapse. 4, congenital dysplasia, because the abdominal viscera are born without strong ligament support, abdominal fat reduction, the stomach tension is very low, often after a full stomach, the stomach will pull down. So this type of people in addition to gastric prolapse, often accompanied by other visceral prolapse. 5, bad body type, mainly refers to the long and thin body type, because they abdominal wall muscle weakness, gastrointestinal is low tension type, when the stomach is fish hook, that is, the occurrence of tension-free type of gastric prolapse. Through the above understanding, we know that any factors that can affect the position of the diaphragm causing the diaphragm to fall, such as reduced diaphragm mobility, reduced abdominal pressure, weakened abdominal muscle contraction, gastric diaphragmatic ligament, gastric hepatic ligament, gastric splenic ligament, gastrocolic ligament is too loose, etc., can lead to prolapse.
