Discussion CFS belongs to the category of deficiency labor disease in Chinese medicine, which is a general term for a variety of chronic weaknesses caused by a variety of reasons, with the imbalance of the qi and chemical functions of the internal organs and the deficiency of qi, blood, yin and yang as the main pathological mechanism. The Governor Vessel dominates the Yang of the body and is the “Sea of Yang Vessel”. The internal organs in the body cavity are governed by the meridian qi of the Directing Vessel through the Yu points on the back of the foot solar bladder meridian, therefore, the Directing Vessel points on the back of the mango needle have the function of tonifying qi and nourishing blood, balancing yin and yang, activating the meridians, regulating the function of the internal organs, balancing qi and blood, clearing the meridians, and helping to eliminate evil. At the same time, it has the effect of improving the body’s immune function, anti-fatigue and calming the mind, thus achieving the purpose of treating CFS. Therefore, mango acupuncture on the Governor’s meridian point is an effective treatment method for chronic fatigue syndrome.
