Bysyntropin is the trade name and generic name for nifedipine controlled release tablets. Its side effects include general adverse reactions such as dizziness and headache, varying degrees of bleeding or anemia, and cardiovascular disease.
1. General adverse reactions: such as dizziness, headache, flushing, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal distension, etc., most do not need to stop the drug.
2. Different degrees of bleeding or anemia: such as purpura, gingival hyperplasia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and so on.
3. Cardiovascular diseases: such as myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, heart failure and other more serious side effects.
This product is contraindicated in known hypersensitivity to nifedipine or any component of the product; contraindicated in cardiogenic shock; contraindicated in patients with KOCK vesicles (rectal colon resection followed by ileostomy); should not be combined with rifampicin; contraindicated in 20 weeks of pregnancy and lactating women.
As a kind of antihypertensive drug, nifedipine controlled-release tablets have different sensitivities to different hypertensive patients, and should be used correctly according to the doctor’s instructions. The dosage should not be too large at the beginning, so as to avoid hypotension caused by the sudden drop of blood pressure, and the drug should be stopped immediately if hypotension occurs.
