Preventive care for amebic granuloma of the appendix

Cecum amebic granuloma is a complication of chronic colitis caused by EntamaebaHistolytica, a lysogenic ameba E. Cecum amoebic granuloma produces a large amount of fibrous tissue, inflammatory infiltration and edema of the mesentery and intestinal wall due to long-term untreated lesions, and the formation of granuloma-like masses and narrowing of the intestinal lumen or impaired movement of the intestinal wall causing intestinal obstruction. Preventive care for amebic granuloma of the cecum mainly includes the following: 1. Prevention of pathogenic infections: pay attention to the prevention of amebiasis and trematode infections. 2, active treatment of the original disease: be sure to use drugs under the guidance of a doctor, the use of drugs may aggravate the disease if they are not the right symptoms. 3, enhance immunity: to exercise regularly to enhance physical fitness; to ensure adequate sleep; to eat more vitamin-rich food; to learn to regulate their emotions, immunity will be enhanced when the mood is happy. Laboratory tests must be based on the history and physical examination of the objective materials known to summarize and analyze, from which several diagnostic possibilities are proposed, and then further consider those laboratory tests to confirm the diagnosis. For example, the diagnosis of amebic granuloma of the cecum is often confirmed by the presence of most trophozoites and encapsulation in the lesion tissue during pathological examination after resection. In cecum amebic granuloma, barium enema can only prove that it is a cecum lesion and cannot be differentiated, so it is often misdiagnosed as cancer and surgically removed.
