Pustules around the anus: First, consider having underlying diabetes or chronic diseases that lead to low immunity of the body. Secondly, repeated diarrhea, constipation or after local trauma may also lead to soft tissue infection and result in local formation of abscess, which is the common perianal abscess subcutaneous type. Patients may have anal pain, blood in the stool or fever. The most effective treatment for a clear diagnosis is surgery to cut open the abscess and drain it, and active intravenous anti-infection treatment is required after surgery. The wound needs to be changed daily and should be cleaned promptly after each bowel movement. Once again, it is secondary to inflammation of the anal sinus, and repeated episodes of infection that do not heal can result in the formation of a significant abscess cavity. Patients may experience chills, fever, and malaise, which also require further resolution through surgical treatment.
