The human papilloma virus infection of warts is caused by a number of treatments for warts, including physical therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, combined therapy and so on, but they are prone to recurrence, and the treatment of recurrent warts is even more difficult. In order to further observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of the warts treatment recurrent condyloma acuminata, our department in April 2001 to October 2002 using microwave with warts spirit treatment recurrent condyloma acuminata 189 cases, to achieve better results, now the follow-up to the efficacy of 165 patients reported as follows: 1, clinical information and methods 1.1 Case 165 cases are outpatients, including 130 men, women 35 cases, all of which had typical clinical symptoms and positive 5% white acetate test, consistent with the diagnosis of acromegaly, and all had a history of more than one recurrence. 1.2 Clinical data There were 90 cases in the treatment group, including 67 males and 27 females, aged 19-54 years old with an average of 31.5 years. Duration of disease: longest 1 year, shortest 1 month, average 6 months. The average number of recurrences was 1 to 5, with an average of 2.2. In the control group, there were 75 cases, including 53 males and 22 females, aged 20 to 53 years old with an average of 32 years. Duration of disease: maximum 1 year, minimum 2 months, average 6 months. The average number of recurrences ranged from 1 to 6, with an average of 2.8. Both groups were treated with laser, electrocautery, ionization and topical wart removal. 1.3 Treatment method: each case are using the microwave surgical treatment machine produced by Lizhu Medical Electronic Equipment Co. The microwave output power was adjusted to 60mA, and the lesions were coagulated one by one until the warts fell off, and the remaining bases were repeatedly coagulated superficially for one time, after which the trauma was treated with topical Bactrim 3 times/day until the trauma healed. The patients in the treatment group were given intramuscular injections of a-2b interferon (trade name: Lifenang) in the buttocks once a day, 1 million IU each time. both groups of patients were given a course of treatment for 10 days, and the course of treatment was repeated after an interval of 1 week. The postoperative follow-up started from the first week after surgery, and then once every 1 month for 3 months to observe the recurrence of skin lesions. 1.4 Efficacy criteria ①Cured: no recurrence within 3 months after surgery. ②Significant effect: no recurrence within 2 months after surgery. ③Improved: no recurrence within 1 month after surgery. ④Invalid: recurrence within 1 month after surgery.
