Lung nodule 1cm with burrs is not necessarily lung cancer. Lung nodule with burr can only play the role of suggesting diagnosis, but cannot clarify the real pathological nature. Lung nodules are usually found as occupying lesions in the lungs after CT examination, and the size, morphology, and the presence or absence of burrs of the nodules cannot diagnose whether they are lung cancer or not.
If lung cancer is suspected, it is necessary to do mass puncture biopsy on lung nodules and find cancer cells in pathology to clarify whether it is lung cancer or not.
