After a woman has given birth, prematurely going to the ground to engage in labor activities, or too much bleeding during childbirth, can also cause back pain; 5, inappropriate female birth control ring can also cause back pain, birth control ring is too large or birth control ring is too loose, can cause back pain; 6, osteoporosis occurs in women in old age, the bone mass decreases, the spine bearing weight increases, causing back pain; 7, from internal causes, such as indiscriminate intercourse, or 8, women love beauty, love to wear high heels is not good for the spine, so often wear high heels can also cause lumbago. Therefore, women’s middle back pain is mostly caused by the above factors.
