Post-operative dressing change should be well-timed, mostly after the patient has had a clean stool and the herbal sitz bath for 15min and waits for 30min on its own, which can disinfect and anti-inflammatory in the sitz bath and reduce the pain of the patient during the dressing change while preventing the gauze from falling off or the wound from tearing after the change.
