What’s wrong with the bouts of stomach pain?

Gastroparesis has a functional and organic distinction and can be seen in a variety of conditions such as stomach cramps, peptic ulcers, and gastric cancer.

There is a distinction between functional and organic lesions in paroxysmal stomach pain. The most common functional lesion is gastric cramps, which are triggered by cold or emotional stress and can be relieved by warmth, massage of the abdomen and stomach, or relaxation. The most common cause of this is the use of a large amount of heat, massage, or relaxation.

Organic lesions are usually seen in gastritis and peptic ulcers. The first of these is a new one, which is a new one. The clinical manifestations of peptic ulcer are mainly regular and periodic epigastric pain, distension and stabbing pains occur. The pain is usually postprandial for gastric ulcers and fasting/preprandial for duodenal ulcers, and may be accompanied by positive fecal occult blood, long-term blood loss and vitamin B 12 malabsorption may be accompanied by anemia.

If these gastrointestinal symptoms do not resolve for a long time, or if the nature of the pain changes and symptoms such as weakness, emaciation, anemia, and low-grade fever occur, the possibility of gastric cancer should be investigated. Fibroendoscopy can assist in the diagnosis.
