The demons lurking in the body

In recent years, the incidence rate of malignant tumors has increased at a rate of about 3.5% per year, especially due to the reduction of infectious diseases, malignant tumors and cardiovascular diseases are rapidly rising as the first and second diseases, but if cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases are separated into two diseases, malignant tumors are the “double champions” of incidence rate and death rate in China. “The first and second diseases are cardiovascular diseases and cerebrovascular diseases. It is not too much to call malignant tumor as “the devil lurking in the body”. It is a new organism formed when a cell in the local tissue loses its normal regulation of growth at the genetic level under the effect of various carcinogenic factors such as smoking and alcohol addiction, resulting in its clonal abnormal proliferation. In general, tumors are classified into two categories: benign and malignant. Benign tumors generally do not cause death, except for intracranial benign tumors; malignant tumors are different, and the sarcomas and cancers under its name are not to be messed with and must be taken seriously. With the research on the pathogenesis of tumor, people have further understanding of the world problem of tumor, and the research shows that: tumor is a systemic disease. Because of this, the treatment effect of tumor is often not satisfactory. Unlike the case of “consumption” before the liberation, the “culprit” of “Mycobacterium tuberculosis” can be identified and treated well. It is because of the unknown causes of cancer that malignant tumor has become a common and high incidence disease from a rare disease in the past, which is related to many factors such as diet, environmental pollution, high-paced life and viral infection, in addition to the improvement of human health requirements. According to materialism, every thing has its own law of development, so does the development of malignant tumor. At the early stage of the founding of China, lung cancer only ranked tenth in the incidence rate of male malignant tumors, but nowadays, lung cancer has leaped to the first place in the incidence rate of male malignant tumors in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan and other big cities, and it is also the most commonly seen in our clinic. The main reasons for the rising incidence of lung cancer are basically the following three situations: firstly, environmental pollution; secondly, smoking, and the group of long-term “second-hand smoke” is also a high-risk group of lung cancer; thirdly, the awareness of health care is not strong. In addition to Guangdong and Guangxi, which are the provinces with high incidence of nasopharyngeal cancer, Hunan, Jiangxi, Fujian and other provinces bordering Guangdong are the middle incidence areas. This pattern may be related to factors such as ethnicity and environment. According to statistics, breast cancer has become the first malignant tumor in the incidence rate of women in Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai and other cities. However, patients can rest assured that the clinical treatment effect of early stage breast cancer is better than all other tumors, in general, the cure rate of early stage breast cancer is 90%; the cure rate of middle stage is 70%; and the cure rate of middle and late stage is only 30%, so it is necessary for everyone to check their breasts for early detection when they are unfortunately ill, especially women. The rapidly increasing incidence of colon cancer is closely related to the unreasonable structure of people’s diet, because most of the current food is high in animal protein and fat; the more fine food people eat is also one of the main factors leading to the increasing incidence of colon cancer, and of course, this diet is also related to breast cancer. Malignant tumors are chronic diseases, and most of them have existed for more than a few years before being diagnosed. Because malignant tumors are constantly damaging the body, especially when the body suffers from physical and mental shock, resulting in low immunity and low food intake, the strong body can’t support them anymore, so various symptoms such as dizziness, weakness and lumps appear. Since tumor cells grow extremely fast in geometric multiplication, at this time, the fastest time and the most effective means such as surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy should be chosen by oncology specialists to control the tumor before it metastasizes in order to cure the malignant tumor. Through the continuous research of oncologists, the treatment of tumors has achieved encouraging results, such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma and malignant lymphoma, which are common in our five southwestern provinces, the cure rate has reached more than 60% after professional treatment in specialized hospitals, and the 5-year survival rate of malignant tumors such as lung cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer and stomach cancer has also been significantly increased. It is believed that in the near future, our chances of curing malignant tumors will be greatly increased. We will talk about the treatment of tumors and other issues next time when we have time.
