Post-operative considerations after tubal revascularization

After receiving tubal revascularization, you may experience the following discomforts. Please do not be nervous and take rest, and please do the following (1) Abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting: all of them are transient. You may take oral antispasmodics such as prulbenecid, atropine or intramuscular cranial analgesia. (2) Small amount of vaginal bleeding: may last for 1 to 3 days, after which it will disappear spontaneously. It should be clean for 3 to 5 days before intercourse. (3) Routine oral antibacterial agent for about 4 days. If the inflammation is more serious, intravenous anti-inflammatory drugs should be given at the obstetrics and gynecology department for 3 to 4 days. (4) Observation for 3 months, during which no special treatment (such as water passage, etc.) is required. If you are still not pregnant 3 months after the operation, please come to our department for review. (5) Both men and women should have a comprehensive examination, such as semen test for men and endocrine and ovarian examination for women; for more detailed information, please consult with urology (or male department) or obstetrics and gynecology department. (6) If you get pregnant after the treatment, please let us know so that we can share the joy with you.
