I. Diagnostic requirements
1.Good contrast and satisfactory contrast after contrast agent injection.
2. The uterine cavity and fallopian tubes are clearly shown and the diagnosis is clear.
Body position requirements
Accurate photography position and location, including the upper, lower, left and right edges of the small pelvis and the area of interest.
III. Radiographic requirements
1. The examined person’s data must include the month and year, examination number, hospital name and patient’s name in the following order.
(1) year, month and day
(2) Right
(3) Examination number
(4) Hospital name
(5) Technician code
(6) imaging time, must also include the patient’s name (equipment does not support the temporary requirement of handwritten mark), and does not affect the display of the diagnostic area.
2. The requirements for film taking are as follows.
(1) Routinely take one pelvic plain film before contrast injection (if necessary).
(2) Slowly inject the contrast medium under fluoroscopy until the uterine cavity and/or fallopian tubes are satisfactorily displayed and then take a film with an oblique position or other position if necessary.
(3) Take a review film about 20 minutes (with iodine) and 24 hours (with iodized oil) after contrast injection.
(3) All films should be taken with positive film.
Density requirements
1.Basic gray mist density value: D≤0.30.
2.Density value of the diagnostic area: D=0.15~2.5.
V. Evaluation requirements
1, tertiary hospitals: primary film rate > 40%, waste film rate < 2%.
2.Secondary hospitals: primary film rate >35%, waste film rate <3%.
3.First-class hospital: first-class film rate > 30%, waste film rate < 4%.
VI. Evaluation requirements
(A) First-class film standards
1.The correct position of the film.
(1) Accurate projection of the area of interest, including the display of the upper, lower, left and right edges of the small pelvis.
(2) No distortion of the projected image.
2.Adopt the standardized filming method.
(1) The examinee data must include the month and year, examination number, hospital name and patient’s name in the following order.
①year, month and day
②Right
③Examination number
④Hospital name
⑤ Technician code
⑥ time of imaging, must also include the patient’s name (handwritten markings are required if the equipment does not support).
(2) The requirements for film taking are as follows.
(1) Before contrast injection, routinely take one anterior-posterior pelvic plain film (if necessary).
(2) Under fluoroscopy, slowly inject the contrast medium into the uterine cavity and/or fallopian tubes and then take a film, plus an oblique or other position film if necessary.
③Take one film about 20 minutes (with iodine aqueous agent) and 24 hours (with iodized oil) after contrast injection.
3.Image density is appropriate.
(1) Basic gray mist density value: D≤0.25.
(2) the density value of the diagnostic area: D = 0.25 ~ 2.0.
4.Distinct image levels: the pelvic cavity is clearly defined, and the uterine cavity and/or fallopian tubes are clearly displayed.
5.No technical operation defects.
(1) No in vitro artifacts
(2) Darkroom operation without smear, scratch, sticky film, water stain, fingerprint, light leakage and static artifacts, etc.
(B) Secondary film standards
According to the standard of primary film, one of them does not meet the requirements, but basically does not affect the diagnosis, and the overall observation and analysis is not enough for the standard of primary film.
(C) Tertiary film standard
According to the standard of primary film, two of them do not meet the requirements, but basically do not affect the diagnosis, and the overall analysis is not enough for the standard of primary film.
(D) Waste film criteria
Does not meet the aforementioned requirements, can not make a radiological diagnosis.
