What are the risk factors for stroke?

Risk factors for stroke are classified as intervenable or non-intervenable. Non-intervention factors include age, gender, race, and genetic factors. Interventional factors include: hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, atrial fibrillation, asymptomatic carotid atherosclerosis and inappropriate lifestyle. After all, age, gender, race and genetic factors are determined at birth and cannot be changed, so we focus on stroke prevention by suggesting measures to prevent and treat the risk factors that can be intervened.
