If appendicitis is suspected to be an abdominal ultrasound, the examination area is in the lower right abdomen of the body, and the clinical presentation of appendicitis differs in different areas. For appendicitis in the subhepatic region, the ultrasound is higher; if the patient’s appendicitis is located in the lower left abdomen, the ultrasound for appendicitis is located in the lower left abdomen; for some appendicitis in the pelvic region, the ultrasound is lower. Therefore, in clinical practice, the diagnosis of appendicitis by ultrasound examination must be based on the actual condition of the patient and should not be generalized. Moreover, in clinical practice ultrasound examination has certain significance for appendicitis, for example, under ultrasound performance of B, the patient’s appendicitis is usually manifested as an exudate or abscess in the appendiceal region, and in some patients, even a thick appendix. If the patient has a periappendiceal abscess, there will also be an accumulation of fluid.
